Gaudeamus Choirs of Halton Hills is mounting a one-Act opera for Baritone and Treble Choir. Composed by Stephen Paulus, The Star Gatherer is a beautiful story about a man (Mega, the baker) coming to terms with the loss of his son, and how a community of school children rally around him to aid in his grief.
